Where will my session be held?

We can do your sessions either at the small studio in my home (central Dorchester, contact me for full address & directions) or at your home if you are close to Dorchester

What will I need?

Wear comfortable loose clothing.  I have a mat and small equipment in my studio.  If at your home, you will need a mat (or carpeted surface) and enough space to lay down and open your arms wide (without banging into furniture!)

What to expect?

We will work on the mat or seated.  Your session will be recorded. After the session, I will write up summary notes (a re-cap of the most important elements covered in your session) and send them to you with a  link to the video of your session.  You can let me know what you would like to work on before our session. I will take a short history to help us to decide what to work on.

Booking & Payment

We will agree the time and date of your first session via email. Payment is in advance by bacs  (contact me for bacs details). Subsequent or multiple sessions can be done any time within 6 months of payment.
